Events, Classes and Cancellations
We understand that circumstances beyond your control may disable you from attending a class or event for which you have registered. Please notify Premier Baby Planning of any cancellations on or prior to the Cancel By date for each event at events@premierbabyplanning.com or 713.689.8756. Please assume Cancel By date is 48 hours prior to the start of a class or event unless otherwise noted.
Pricing
- All prices are per person unless otherwise indicated.
- You may register at the Premier CityCard price if you are a Premier CityCard holder. You may be asked to present your card as proof of membership.
Refunds
- We will refund 100% of your money if you cancel 48 hours before the event.
- If you do not attend an event and fail to cancel within the time periods set forth above, you will not receive a refund for all or any portion of your payment or any exchanges. No exceptions.
- You will not be: entered in the raffle, eligible to receive any promotional items (e.g., the first 10 number of moms to RSVP receive item) nor entitled to receive a gift bag unless you are in attendance at that event.
- Gift bags are distributed at the conclusion of events. If you attend the event and must leave before the conclusion, you may designate a friend or companion who is attending the event to pick up your gift bag for you. You must personally inform Premier Baby Planning of this arrangement. Gift bags will not be saved for you.
- You must be present at the time promotional items and raffles are drawn to be eligible to win.
- There are no exchanges for raffles, giveaways, promotions or gifts won or gifted through Premier Baby Planning.
Severe Weather or State of Emergency
If an event must be cancelled due to severe weather, we will notify you by e-mail of the cancellation and rescheduling date. If you are unable to attend a rescheduled event, you will receive a 100% refund.
Prize Defects
Premier Baby Planning is not responsible for any defects, breakage or other problems with any of the items we give away.
Right to Refuse Service
By attending a Premier Baby Planning event or class, you agree to exhibit appropriate behavior and to abide by the policies herein. We have the right to refuse service to and/or ask individuals who violate this policy to leave an event or class. We also have the right to refund future event tickets to parents who have violated or threatened to violate this policy.
Individuals hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Premier Baby Planning against any damages or claims that may arise in connection with individual's presence at Premier Baby Planning events, activities or classes of any kind. By attending a class or event or participating in any activity, you also grant Premier Baby Planning full permission to use any photographs, videotape, motion picture recording or any other record of this event for any marketing or other business purposes.
