My Story...
I pride myself on being well-organized and an effective planner. When I became pregnant with my first child at the end of 2008, I faced a huge selection of baby products and services and quickly became overwhelmed by the many options and product choices available. In Houston, away from family with no built in support network, I had to start from scratch to find and plan for everything! I relied on mom networks and the internet to help but there was a lot of information to pull together and sort through. Between working full-time and keeping up with my already busy life, there were conflicting priorities between my career and my pregnancy. I found it difficult to adequately balance both when faced with so many options. At the time I kept thinking it would be fantastic to have someone guide me through the sea of choices.

I spent an unbelievable amount of time researching products and services and invested countless hours talking to other moms. With so much conflicting information out there, I ended up purchasing multiple products for the same use just to try them out. For example, I purchased about 10 different bottles to try and go figure the one that worked best for my family was not the one recommended by any of the other moms I went to for advice. This was one of my earliest lessons. . . you have to find what works for you, not what worked for someone else.

Ever since, I have been giving baby planning advice to friends and even strangers. Not picking products for them, but making sure they are thinking about their situation the right way. I am constantly stopped in the mall, restaurants and even the doctor’s office by moms and dads who have questions or comments about my baby gear. I find myself giving all the positives and negatives as well as giving tips that I wish I’d received when I was expecting.

I truly enjoy helping others through their pregnancy. Channeling my extraordinary passion for helping people strike a balanced life, superb planning skills and love for everything baby, Premier Baby Planning was born!
