Join us for an insightful and in depth baby food making class. The class is practical, hands-on, and great for
busy parents. You will make recipes for ages 4 to 12 months, discuss allergies, cooking tools, menu planning, storage options and so much more! Learn how to incorporate baby's food along with the entire family meal.
This class is taught by Sheneq, Founder and CEO of Premier Baby Planning, and will feature pediatric dietician, Daniela Torres Marco. Ms. Torres Marco is a mom, graduate of Loyola University in Chicago and New York University, author, lactation consultant and former pediatric dietician at Memorial Hermann and Texas Children's hospitals.

Who: Expecting parents, parents, grandparents and caregivers. Due to the hands-on portion of the class, it is not child-friendly.
