BUMP FIT SERIES - Prenatal Workout Series for Expecting Moms
Exercise is one of the keys to a healthy pregnancy. Join us for prenatal PIYOLET which combines PI-Pilates, YO-Yoga and LET-Ballet in a class specifically tailored to assist pregnant women achieve their health and wellness goals as they go through pregnancy and the labor process. The class focuses on strengthening and stretching the primary muscles needed for pregnancy and labor while lessening any pain or discomfort caused by pregnancy.
This class is appropriate for all levels no yoga, pilates or ballet experience is required. Wear comfortable workout clothing and please bring a yoga mat, towel and bottled water.
